Amanda romero started working at m’tucci’s italian soon after it opened. She served as general Manager at M’tucci’s Moderno for a couple of years, she is now a partner and the manager of the new m’tucci’s bar roma.
Taña Martinez started working at m’tucci’s italian as a server, then a bartender. She is currently the manager of m’tucci’s catering.
Chris O’sickey started as a prep cook at M’tucci’s Italian in 2013. He is now General Manager of m’tucci’s italian and a Partner at m’tuccis.
