We Teach
Our chefs actively engage throughout our communities, sharing their expertise and passion. We conduct monthly culinary classes at Rio Rancho High School, teach seniors at Rust Medical Center how to prepare affordable, delicious home-cooked meals, and mentor middle schoolers about culinary career paths in partnership with the United Way of North Central New Mexico.
Our leadership serves on vital boards including the APS Education Foundation, the Albuquerque Sign Language Academy, and ALS New Mexico. We embrace these responsibilities because we believe in reciprocating the support our community provides us.

We Tutor
In 2022, company founder and visionary, Jeff Spiegel, set out to identify whether there were children within the extended M’tucci’s staff who could use additional educational assistance. A simple survey of company employees determined there were, perhaps, upwards of two dozen kids in need of some sort of help, from special needs to basic scholastic tutoring.
Modeled to host sessions both in our restaurants and in the homes of the students, our program, M’tutoring, supports a range of ages and addresses core subjects including reading, math and science, from elementary to middle school. M’tucci’s Minister of Culture, Howie Kaibel, oversees the program, currently helmed by Amy Biehl High School educator Sarah Weschler. We have applied and now have a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit pending review, a huge leap towards a fully rounded and certified program. If you would like to support M’tutoring, please consider making a donation to the Foundation by clicking the button below. Every penny goes directly to our tutors and the great work they’re doing in our communities.
Supporting Our Employee's Kids
Our Founder, Jeff Spiegel, always believed we had an obligation not only to our staff, but towards their entire families. M'tutoring provides support when parents and guardians need the help.
