Amari

Amaro is an Italian word meaning 'bitter'. Amari are herbed liqueurs that are commonly consumed after dinner to aid with digestion. Amari are enjoyed throughout Italy and around the world, and have very complex flavor profiles. From intense spice, herbaceous and bitter, to sweet and floral notes, they taste of the passion from the lands they are produced.
